Banana Bone Broth Smoothie

Ingredients

1 whole ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup blueberries or mango (fresh or frozen)
½ cup milk of choice – almond, coconut, dairy, soy, cashew
4 cubes frozen bone broth
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp raw honey, maple syrup or stevia (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla bean seeds

Method

Add all ingredients in a blender and whizz on high until blended thoroughly.
